Tom,
Great to hear someone is using the trails and reporting on their condition. Thanks,
Marietta

Subject: [ACT] Trail report: Eaton Canyon to Tanoble
The trail from the bridge at Eaton Canyon to Tanoble Drive (heading
est, this is the point where the trail heads away from a catch basin
nd up a ravine) is fairly intact. There are one or two sections with
ome parallel rutting due to runoff but these are completely passable
ven for horses (which have to find places for four feet not just two).
here is one spot of heavier damage where runoff bypassed a metal drain
utter and carved heavily into the trail, maybe narrowing it 50% or so.
till easily passable by hikers and horses should be able to get by too.
his spot is missing dirt and the drain would be difficult to rehab
ithout bringing more dirt into the section.
- Tom
