[ACT] Bow Hunter on Altadena Crest Trail

Best way to nail this guy is with the dead (unfortunately) animal in his 
possession. I would expect he would return to the van with the wanted 
parts of the animal he has taken in his backpack. Best times to hunt is 
the first hour around dawn then again around sunset. There should be 
water some where in the vicinity too. Back in the canyon behind Cobb is 
a good spot or near Eaton. I would check the top of Lake, Alpine Villa 
Dr., Ellington Villa Dr., and other entrances to the ACT for his van 
about those times. When he comes back to the van loaded down and the 
sheriff is there ... bingo.
