[ACT] Cichy convicted

As many of you know, Mr. Mike Cichy, desecrator of the Owen Brown Grave
Site, was criminally charged for land use violations; his trial was in
July. Below find a report on the results from Mr. Alex Garcia of County
Planning.

	Subject: RE: case #6PS50409 / Mr. Cichy

	Cichy got two years probation. He told the judge he is moving to
Oregon to be with his grandkids. The judge ordered him to clear
everything off his property before he leaves to Oregon. He plans to move
in about a month. We will follow up with an inspection within a couple
of months. 

	Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions. 

If, in fact, Mr. Cichy is abandoning the land, the next step is
restoration. In that event, I will be urging the community to come out
and cleanse this sacred place to remake it as an object of pilgrimage
for our diverse society. Stay tuned.
