Most times, you have already arranged a network of vets, farriers, and haulers to support your horses. If you are new to the area, or are caught in an emergency without your usual resources, contact the Pasadena Humane Society (??). The contacts listed below have been researched by or have provided good service to at least one ETI Corral 2 member, but this list is by no means exhaustive.
